Prepare monthly financial reports including profit & loss account, balance sheet, trial balance, and variance analysis for management review.

Verify employee salaries, overtime, deductions, leave encashment, and ensure payroll entries are correctly recorded.
Tax compliance management
Handle VAT filings, withholding taxes, government fees, and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
Bank & cash reconciliation
Perform regular bank reconciliations, monitor petty cash balances, and investigate any differences immediately.
Inventory & stock accounting
Track hotel inventory including kitchen supplies, housekeeping items, and operating equipment; coordinate stock counts.
Budget preparation & forecasting
Assist management in preparing annual budgets, revenue forecasts, and expense projections based on hotel performance.
Cash flow management
Monitor daily cash inflows and outflows, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operational needs.
Audit support & compliance
Provide financial documents to auditors, ensure internal controls are followed, and implement audit recommendations.
Accounting software & POS coordination
Ensure proper integration between PMS, POS, accounting software, and other hotel systems.
Financial policy enforcement
Ensure all accounting activities follow company policies, hospitality industry standards, and government regulations.

4,000-5000 SAR salary range Basic and other allowance seperately
